IMPORTANT: Microsoft's Speech Application Program Interface (SAPI) and Microsoft .NET Framework, are REQUIRED to be installed and running on your PC to use this software. It will NOT work otherwise.

The (SAPI) link above will allow you to download the SAPI directly from Microsoft and the .NET link will take you to the Microsoft Windows Update page which will automatically update your system to include the .NET framework. Both are free downloads.
